  • Follow-up Messages: Post-visit check-ins or status updates.
  • Billing Inquiries: Communications regarding invoices, payments, or account balances.
  • Customer Support: Responses to inquiries initiated by you, the customer.
  1. Message Frequency

The number of SMS messages you receive may vary based on your interaction with us. However, you can generally expect to receive no more than 3 messages per month.

  1. Potential Fees

Message and data rates may apply. Standard charges from your mobile carrier may apply to text messages sent or received in connection with Maverick Pool Care’s text messaging services. Please consult your wireless service plan for pricing details.

  1. Opt-In Methods

We only send SMS messages to users who have provided express consent. Consent may be obtained through the following methods:

  • When a customer fills out a website form.

 

  1. How to Opt-Out

You may cancel the SMS service at any time. To stop receiving text messages from Maverick Pool Care, reply “STOP” to any message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you a final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Alternatively, you may contact us directly at Maverick Pool Care to be manually removed from our messaging list.
